A person who helped me get my first job with Billy Donovan in 1994 at Marshall University, was best friends with Rick Pitino and is the Godfather of John Calipari’s son, Ken “Jersey Red’ Ford says about your EGO…” You will never guess who was asking for you Wade?…I would reply,” Who, Who was asking for me?’….Jersey Red would reply, “NOONE!”…..LOL…exactly…Rankings fuel your ego/pride, they don’t mean anything.

We coached and developed Kenneth Faried, who was not a Top 500 recruit out of High school but 4 years later because of his Work Ethic, Choice of Core Values and Sacrificed for the team he was drafted in the 1st round of the 2011 NBA Draft.
